Every night that Fox News Megyn Kelly shows up for work, she sits with her twig arms bare and exposed. Even during snow storms, her twigs are flapping around with no sleeves. But tonight, since Obama was giving a speech, she wants to look like a serious journalist and she dresses in a all black with long sleeve. .
